Exchange and Refund Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to assist you! Upon confirmation of product defect by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 business days of your purchase.
We will not be able to provide an exchange or refund if the item shows signs of normal wear and tear.
We understand that it can be hard shopping for that perfect fit for your little ones. We therefore allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear within 14 business days of your purchase. Apparel under 'SALE' do not qualify for exchange. For us to facilitate an exchange, the apparel must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached. *For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
